1. DFM Engineering Review & Design Preparation

Before physical production starts, our engineering team completes DFM evaluation based on customer CAD drawings. ‑ Confirm key parameters: material grade, sheet thickness, aperture size, hole‑array layout, open‑area rate, outer dimension and flatness tolerance. ‑ Optimize hole pattern, edge safety margin and structural features to balance filtering performance, dripping speed and manufacturability. ‑ Confirm food‑contact compliance requirements for final surface treatment. ‑ Release production‑ready manufacturing files and phototool documents.

2. Food‑Grade Raw Material Sourcing & Incoming Inspection
